Win-a-Truck: Jason's Journey

Jason's Story: Part 1

Jason's Story: Part 2

Jason JacksonWe are pleased to announce the winner of the Knapheide Win-A-Truck Sweepstakes! Jason Jackson, owner of Jackson Electric located in Hardy, Arkansas, was randomly selected as the winner of a brand new work truck outfitted with a Knapheide service body. We look forward to delivering news and videos of the upcoming build process, Jackson electric and how they'll use the truck to Never Settle.

As it turns out, Jackson Electric already has a little history working with Knapheide products. Jason purchased a used KUVcc in 2015 for his company to use on the job. Created in 1998, Jackson Electric is a family owned business that specializes in residential and commercial electrical work including both remodels and service jobs.

"Jason and the hard work of his company exemplify what we mean when we say Knapheide and its customers Never Settle" - Mandar Dighe, VP of Marketing.

A Warm Welcome to Quincy

Bo and Knap Welcome
Bo (left) and Knap (right) give Jason a warm welcome to Knapheide Manufacturing.

Welcome SignIn November, Jason made a trip to Knapheide to learn about the company, see our manufacturing processes and ultimately make the decision on what type of truck he wanted. He was greeted with a warm welcome on a cool November day by hundreds of Knapheide employees. After a short welcoming speech from Bo Knapheide, Jason made his way on to a tour of our manufacturing plant to start the day.

The Final Decision

Specing the Knapheide Body
Jason specs his trucks while working with Knapheide on possible options and configurations.

After the day-long tour and meetings concluded, Jason had settled on his final build: A 696 Service Body on a 2017 Ford F-250. As excited as Jason is about his new work truck, we’re equally excited to share his never settle story throughout the year. Stay tuned as we follow the build process and how Jason puts his new truck to work on the job every day.
